Do you own the car from new or did you buy used? Other than the obvious (something is plugged on the OBD port), any CAN bus adapters for mileage corrections, or enabling Carplay etc may cause this message to appear.

Got the same problem on my 2023MY GLB200 last month, went to the dealership.they did not have a clue. Said that they calibrated the internal camera( update availiable they told me) . One month later the message reappeared....so sad for a Mercedes....they got me a new appointment in 15 days....

Perhaps some software misconfiguration. Keep us posted on what the solution turns out to be.
