Got the same problem on my 2023MY GLB200 last month, went to the dealership.they did not have a clue. Said that they calibrated the internal camera( update availiable they told me) . One month later the message reappeared....so sad for a Mercedes....they got me a new appointment in 15 days....

This is a known MB issue,

When the vehicle is receiving OTA updates (Over the air)

It thinks something is plugged in, these updates can be quite large and will keep on downloading partial parts as your driving.

MB have advised that an update will be released to stop the message.

If I hear any more I will let you know.

Hermes unit needs reset. Need to visit a dealeship. Had the same problem. Now everything is ok
