2018 A200 AMG Line
Has anyone had any dealings with Club SmartGuard (CareCarePlan)?. Mercedes sold me a policy which covered cosmetic car and alloy wheel damage. I needed an alloy repair last February, made a claim and CarCareplan send a mobile guy to have a look. He said there was too much damage for him to repair. Some time later the company contacted me and said they could repair it, but it would have to be done elsewhere. That was in April and despite several emails and phone calls nothing has been resolved. I have now threatened them with the Financial Ombudsman and am awaiting a response (not holding my breath). Please take this as a warning if you are offered this policy through this company.
