How to keep settings?

Sorry, stupid question I'm sure, but how do I make the settings save?

I changed the drive to eco, for example, but when I start the car the next time, even after a few minutes, it's gone back to comfort. The reason I ask is comfort is kind of jerky, more so than the one other I test drove. Eco is super smooth. Maybe something for the garage to look at?

Similarly I changed radio to 'presets', so I can flick through them on the driver console, but it's reverted to 'stations'.

I've only just picked up the car and the manual is an inch thick...

Have you set up your Profile. If you have the radio setting should at least get saved, not so sure about Eco mode

Hi.

It remembers the stations, but the thing on the driver console defaults back to stations, not presets

Drive mode will always switch back to comfort, nothing you can do about it. Has been discussed on this forum a number of times. Just flick the switch on the centre console?

Hi.
I asked this question 5 years ago for a previous car but didn't seem to get an answer, and now I'm back in a pre facelift car I'd like to know.

Does anyone know what makes the radio on the driver display revert back to DAB?

I like it to be on 'Presets', which I can select by pressing the right hand capacitive button when the radio station is displayed in the middle between the dials. Sometimes it stays there for days - I was parked up for three days and it was still on presets, but then later today when I started the car again after going shopping it had gone back to the default view, DAB stations.

What causes it to do that?

Thanks but that's not quite what I mean.

I've already changed that setting and will occasionally use the trackpad to change station, but I'm talking specifically about the driver display where you can slide up and down on the capacitive button to change station/preset.

It seems totally random as to whether it remembers i selected 'Presets' or goes back to DAB(FM)

Use the Me button. Your screen is slightly different from the A Class and they should be able to offer specific help or email you with a solution.
