If you have a PCP with M-B Agility, read the small print carefully.

The finance agreement may say that as part of the finance agreement, it has to be serviced at an authorised M-B workshop, if it isn’t, there are end of lease charges to pay.

While the EU ruling prohibits manufacturers from tying in consumers servicing their cars (bought with outright with cash, or an 3rd party finance agreement) at their own dealerships, a lease or finance company can impose their own servicing requirements onto the consumer (as they have ownership of the car during the PCP/lease).

With M-B Agility Finance products, there is often a clause in it about servicing at M-B dealerships.

If you purchased the car on MB PCP and acquired the 3 years free servicing, do you know if you settled the PCP early, like within 1 to 2 months if you would keep the 3 years free servicing or would they claw this back? I know this has been done with dealer finance deposit contributions but this comes off the final invoice price so they can not claw it back.
