On the dashboard display my MPG permanently sits at 40MPG even though im averaging around 60 and doesnt seem to change.
Its the same with the colour bargraph display on the centre screen.
Am I doing something wrong?

Was going to ask this very question the maximum is 40 on mine as well

Getting 40 is about average for me so the moving bar on the dashboard works OK on mine, but it's like they forgot some would be getting 60s and 70s.

I get a scale up to 70 or 80 or something on the middle screen though.


All this MPG stuff feels like it's trying to make me forget I bought the car to be sporty!

I have been talking to MB UK about this, and my dealer.
I think its a deep shame that a maker of this type of vehicle allowed the displays to be put out to the public this shockingly wrong.

I have got the dealer to fix it !!!
There is a software update that fixes this problem
