Mine A180 2021 production has multi-link axle. Regarding losing the warranty you can go to "approved" but expensive solutions - Brabus - where the guarantee remains untouched or you can wait and remapping it after your warranty passes ( after 2-3 years, depends on the country).

I've ordered them black, but they made a mistake at the dealership. So, at the beginning, I left them as is to check if I like them black-aluminum, but after onew month of ownership I decided that I like them in total black.

Did the dealership cover the expenses?

Yes they did. They acknowledge their mistake immediately.

You have multilink because of the "Edition" edition. I don't think it is standard any more.

So does 2021 models have same suspension?

In the UK, only the A220D and A250’s (as well as the 35 and 45S) have multi link as of July 2020 builds.
