I recently bought a second hand A class A35 (premium) and soon as I drove it off the forecourt, the engine management light came on, took the car back and they had it for a day and they cleared the fault (low fuel pressure) and couldn't get it back on when they drove it around for 50 miles. I picked the car up and the engine management light came back on the day after. took it back to the dealer and the mechanic admitted he knew he hadn't fixed the car but knows what was wrong with it! Apparently they are having to remove the fuel tank to replace a faulty fuel sensor, they've had my car 6 days up to now, however they have given me a top spec a35 for a courtesy car.

I'm worried I am going to have more issues with this vehicle and I'm still within my rights to reject car as it still in the 30 day period. if you were in my shoes would you reject the car or hope for the best?
