Hi all,

A simple question for you all! What is the largest size USB flash stick does the A class accept? I know some car will only do 32GB max and some will do 64GB max.</span>

Don't think there is a limit, it works with my 32 gb USB and works with my 160gb iPod so I think you'll be fine! Do you have media interface?

That's interesting because I never been able to get an iPod to work at all but I only tried using a 'touch'
Which iPods do you use DB??

I have tried using both my iPod Classic 160gb and also a 64gb USB and a 120gb hard drive.
1. The iPod works OK but the folder/track search is not very good as Apple have a unique file system.
2. The Hard drive works OK as well as long as it is formatted as FAT32, the only issues are that I have had to use a seperate PSU as the USB port cannot provide enough power. Also if like me you have a lot of music on the disk it takes a couple of minutes to load up.
3. The 64gb USB is by far the best as it is quick to load and does not require am external PSU, you must format the drive as FAT32 as well otherwise the system wil not recognise the file system.

All systems show album art as well as other track data and I am very pleased at the integration.

Hi,
I've got a Buffalo portable 500Gb hard drive plugged in, with MP3 files copied into folders from my PC as follows: Music/A to Z/Artist/Album/track.mp3
It took a few second to load on the first connection, but since then has been trouble free.
Needless to say, 500Gb is a bit OTT for the purpose, I've not used 10% of it yet.

I have a 64gb pen drive connected is full of music. It takes about 30 seconds to load all the contents from it and to be available before start the music playing.

I think it's better to use a 32gb pen and have the music available as soon as you turn the radio on.

Hi Guys, I put a 1TB Samsung drive in this weekend and it works. No problems. Speed is not an issue plays almost immediately when I switch the car on. Maybe try and format your flash drive with Fat32 as most devices recognise this format.
