Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the decision has been taken by our Franchised Retailers to close day to day operations, and only remain partially open for the support of the Emergency Services. This has been made in line with the ongoing Government advice for the safety of our customers and staff. I can only apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused by the cancellation of your booking.

In light of this, a temporary extension period of 180 days / 3,728 miles has been implemented for overdue services on Mercedes-Benz cars.
