Hi first post so go easy!!!
if I use “remote pre heat” blower hit 125 degrees warm enough! But if I then get in car and put heater on (in electric mode) the temp at vents drops to 80degrees (even if asking for max). It’s basically cold as if using the ICE cooling system and not the Electric motor.
Mercedes saying this is normal! But to me it seems to be switching to a cold engine system when I need heat!
Any of you good people on here know how the system works. As it feels like I need to drive in Sport or battery maintain mode to get heating!
