Have a close listen to the lighting cluster in the roof. I have the same issue and initially thought it was the vents, have a look at this thread: A35 Weird Sound From Roof

 

Update: Just had the first service and noise from the overhead panel has been fixed. I sent the dealer a recording of the noise and they pre-ordered the parts as they knew what it was.

 

I get exactly that, at first I thought it was my stomach grumbling. Very weird noise and it does seem to come from behind the dash.
Mine's a late 2018 A200 AMG Line Executive.

No, not so far. It's annoying but I can live with it. Would be nice to find a solution though!

 

I haven't had it looked at yet. I was intending to have this looked at and see if I can have the MBUX updated to V3 at the same time. It won't be going to the dealership I purchased it from as it is too far so I need to make contact with a more local one. I've only just done over 2,000 miles so want to see if anything else goes wrong before I take it in.

 

 

I'm going to try a different dealer, but I live in Sussex and they are all Lookers franchise. I'll keep everyone posted.

 

Lookers at Brighton have been most helpful when we had issues with our new CLA, couldn't praise them enough.
