We have had our 'Approved Used' 2015 '64 A200 CDI Sport Auto for 3 months. It was delivered, after the MB approved used check from the selling dealer, with a fault.
It has since developed 2 separate faults, fixed by our local dealer.
So, 3 significant faults in 3 months plus 4-5 niggling minor faults.
The response from the selling dealer General Sales Manager so far has been:
"We can come and pick it up and give it a check..."
I am NOT HAPPY!
Just after some advice on how to return the car.
Not after 'goodwill', not after a replacement, just want our money back.
Regards,

I have read through many of the sites that come up from searching.I was also asking more if anyone has actually been through the process.
What works, what doesn't?
I will not be happy being fobbed off.
The response from the selling dealer so far has been beyond "couldn't give a s**t"
Funny how the customer service changes when they have your money.

Fault 1: (31/12/15)Vehicle was delivered with no Heater, A/C, Heated Rear Window, Windscreen De-Mist working
- Fault: Hadn't had software update

Fault 2: (29/03/16)
Vehicle lost all power, on a roundabout, no EML/ MIL
Continued to vary power output between normal - none
EML light eventually came on
MB Roadside attended - Advised on safety to take it direct to local MB
- Fault: Intermittent electrical fault - Turbo Boost Pressure Sensor

Fault 3: (17/04/16)
Steering wheel/ steering column VERY noisy, grinding
Steering wheel felt like it could almost jam
MB Roadside attended - Advised on safety to take it direct to local MB
- Fault: Steering 'Squib' complete unit

Which for a young, female driver who maybe isn't as confident behind the wheel as some of us, feels completely unsafe and untrusting of the car.

Oh and just for good measure:

- The panoramic roof squeaks
- The 7G-DCT is often dim-witted and jerky
- The fuel flap sticks
- The A/C randomly blows cold air on your knees
- The heated rear screen is VERY slow

I think that's all for now...

Good luck is all I can say! I've dealt with MB customer service before and it's pretty poor, everything is always referred back to the dealer and they don't want their books to take a hit. I don't think you'll get a refund but they might swap it for another similar spec one.
