I only play media from my phone, but assuming it is the same as a stick, I can answer your point 1. There are a few ways to skip to the next track, two from the steering wheel touch pads and one using the central touch pad:

From the left steering wheel pad, it must show the media screen in the central display, swipe up on the left pad until the track is selected, and then you can skip to the next track swiping right on the pad. It will remain on track selection from that point onwards.
From the right steering pad, you must show media on the driver display, then you can skip to the next track by swiping left.
Or, in any screen, swipe right on the top of the central touchpad, and it will skip to the next track (or to the next radio station if not playing media)

Can’t help on the other points unfortunately.

My questions are:

1. Having selected an album, can I move to next/previous track using a steering wheel button?
2. How do I get the screen to show all the album covers once per album, so I can find and select an album? It keeps showing the same album cover loads of time, i.e. once for each track on the album…
3. When I plug my smartphone into the socket in the front under the roller cover, the system can no longer access the USB stick plugged in the arm rest socket. There must be a way of selecting between the two USB sockets..

I'll have a stab at question 2. When you have the media displayed on left hand screen, there is a row of icons at the bottom. One - can't remember what it looks like - when selected, gives you a sub menu to choose: playlists/artists/songs etc... This should give you the option to play any album you have on your USB stick. Please note: to get all of my music onto a USB stick, I took a copy of my iTunes directory directly from my Mac so I don't know if your method of transfer would make a difference.

Tried problem 2 solution and didn't work. Take you to a different browsing interface, but doesn't have any impact on main screen left right swiping. All every track and not each album.

A few audio media questions. I have ripped a load of CDs and saved them onto a stick using Windows Media player. This created a folder for each artist/group and within this folder a folder for each album. Plugged the stick into the socket in the armrest box. I can use the touch screen and pad to select a play, this works fine.
