Mercedes Me portal is now saying the 'manage driver profile' has been switched to the app.

The photo of my wife in her profile on the main screen has disappeared for some reason and I can't find any way of putting it back. She is registered as a sub-user but no way of editing her profile in the portal that I can see. Any ideas?

Had my A200 AMG line for just over 1 month. Everything fine until today - I started it this morning and was greeted with the MBUX screen asking me to choose between me as the user, or a guest. Never been asked this before, so chose myself, and then found that all my settings had disappeared and I was deemed to be a first time user. Home address, gone. Stored radio stations, all wiped etc. Anyone else had this happen? And how do you stop it happening again?

mine went a bit funny after an update but once it re-synced itself with my phone it was fine 🤷
