When unlocking the car using the phone app it asks for the pin. (although Iphone can use the finger print)

Btw does your watch app take ages to load? I get a spinning grey circle for a good while before the screen loads.

 

Yes, unfortunately I find the Apple Watch app to be quite unreliable and slow to load most of the time even on a series 4 But when it works it’s really useful.

 

Does anyone know how to reset your Mercedes Me pin if you don't know what it is? Had the car 18 months and never really used it but now need the pin and have no idea what it is! Not sure if they set a default pin or I just can't remember what I set as.

I currently own a pre-facelift A 35 2021 and have been driving it for a while. I need to bring this car for maintenance and want to protect information on my profile by setting up a security PIN on Mercedes Me App. Unfortunately, I have not been able to get the car to ask for my PIN when getting into the vehicle. Every time I get into my car, it automatically logs into my personal account. Just wondering if there is something I am missing in this process?

I have also ensured that my Mercedes Me account is synced with the profile in my car as well.

 

How do you get the Mercedes Me app on to an Apple Watch? I can't see it in the Watch App Store.
