got this error in 2022. some hesitation in starting and changed cam adjusters, center valves and tensioner (thats all i changed)

problems gone for 2 years now this fault happened again. but this fault only happened during cold start once every few days. car drive ok

could it be Timing chain now? removed the valve cover and the chain looks tight haha
