Resetting Service B Indicator?

Hi,

I have carried out service B on my A Class but still have the indication saying its to be carried out on my dashboard when I start my car.

I've read countless things online and watched various videos, but still can't get into the required menus. The car has a push start button, if I press this once then press and hold the OK and call answer buttons I get a phone menu on the main centre screen, and reset trip on the dash, not the service menus etc I need on the dashboard.

Can anyone help me with this at all, I have a 2017 A160. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi,

Had almost the same issue on my 2013 A180.
Can you check the following:
1. Push the start button once
2. Press the “back” button on the steering wheel so that the odometer is shown in the little display between the gauges
3. press and hold the OK and call answer buttons for like 5 secs

This should enter in the service menu.

Thanks @dre_andrei,just tried this, still the same problem unfortunately. No idea why I can't get into this?!
