I’ve read posts where the dealer states it fitted but actually not. If so then get them to pay for it. Guess you’ve tried to start it by using the correct port and wired connection, it’s not wireless

If your phone is paired to MBUX press the media button on the centre console then the Bluetooth tab on the MBUX screen 👍
