I was under impression that TIPS was for certain w177 models, mine is sport executive and was going to attempt myself

 

I recently test drive drove a sport exec which was noisier than it should have been, and am expecting delivery of one next Monday. If mine suffers from this issue, which my last a-class sport premium did not, I'll have to pester the garage.
At least it's good to know it is possible to make it better.

 

I have a 2019 A180 Sport Exec…noticed the wind noise from the near side rear door…2 visits to a dealer saw them adjust the rear door and then replace the rear quarter-light…made no difference…ultimately, I had already narrowed it down to the rear quarter-light so I applied black insulating tape all round the edge of said quarter-light and the noise reduced substantially…not cosmetically pleasing but functional!

Before replacing my battery this year not all the windows would go all the way up. I would to try a couple of times to get them up. Has your battery been replaced. Mine is a 2020 A45s.
