Great result! How’s it drive? Can you feel a difference with the downpipe? Guessing it’s pretty loud now haha.
Drives absolutely perfect, handles all the power and torque and feels so quick. Never thought there would have been such a difference as there is from stage 1 to stage 2, awesome! Downpipe with the valves open is very loud now, glad I’ve got the valved non race milltek as I think it would be annoying having it blaring all the time, either that or I’m getting old haha

@J80LLK would you mind if I asked how much your setup cost? Alternatively tell me to bog off if I’m being too intrusive... ?

Just shy of £3000 for the power gain mods and software. The software was 1/3rd of the total so when you think of it just under 100bhp over standard quoted figures for that amounts very good, have seen myself in the past spending around that total to only achieve 20-30bhp

Not old just sensible, all that with the Milltek race would be too much in my opinion.
Sounds like the perfect set up ?
Draggy times would be great when you get chance ?

off for a few days after tonight, will definitely need to get times in they days off. Noticed your name in the leaderboards last night, 4secs flat is impressive. You done anymore or plan to do further power mods?

That would be great. Hopefully you’ll get some dry weather. Ye pretty pleased with my times, not bad for a tuning box I guess.
Not done anymore yet although I think you’ve convinced me I need to go stage 2 in the new year ?

I'm weighing up whether to go with this and replace in 3 years or be sensible and just go from the gpf back.
I'm in the same situation. Next week i will finally have a chat with the senior mechanic of my dealer about the gpf delete, but i think that he will suggest me to go for a gpf back system to avoid warranty issues.
The sad part is that a gpf back costs 3 times more than a simple gpf delete and the results are completely different.

That’s what I was hoping to see, great time ? these cars have plenty of potential.
Thanks, yeah they definitely do, surprised to have achieved almost 100bhp and 1 sec of quoted 0-60 with only a few bolt on mods and software, great tuning platform. Makes me wonder what they’d be like with An upgraded turbo and intercooler ??

never ever had a problem with removing my GPF, no lights and run 100%
Sure, if you remap the ecu it won't create any problem. The engine will run a lot better, consume less fuel and have a really better sound. For the warranty problem, i think that it depends on who is working on the service you take the car at. Some mechanics could accept that without making problems, and some won't.
Btw, you must do an ecu remap after a gpf/opf delete or you will get lights and a lot of problems

What way did u do yours .? Did u replace the down pipe ? Or knock out the gpf in your own original down pipe ? And also the cat ?
be great to hear your feedback
I had a custom decat down pipe fabricated and replaced the GPF pipe with the milltek removal pipe, I did get everything mapped in though. Down pipe and GPF are pretty restrictive on these

Hi,

Cars been fine and not had a single issue whatsoever. Cars now running watermeth injection also so drastically helps. I’ve done roughly 6k miles over 400bhp
Can ask for information how easy is it to get hold of the meths and how much does it cost. Also from what I have seen on the internet the mix has to be accurate so as not to blow the engine. How is it metered consistently.
