Hi there.

I think I have all prerequisites for Smartphone integration for Carplay and Android Auto.
I have 10 inch displays, extended MBUX or so, CONNECT 20.

What else do I need to get Carplay/AAuto working? Can this be enabled via software or do I need some specific hardware for this to work?

There is no smartphone integration as an option, so no Carplay and no AAuto.

The Car manufacture date is from 2018.

Just has my W177 July 2018 build updated at the dealer to FU2.

Maybe you need to wait 24h before seeinf the new options?

How did you approached the dealer and convinced it to make tou this update? Did you paid for it?

This scares the shoot out of me... I was hoping to get this sorted with only a FU2 update.
What you need now is a software or a hardware thing?
Do you know if they also updated other stuff like maps or the gear box?

****! I’m so anxious to schedule a visit with them, dont know under what pretext, should I just call using Me button in car, explain what I need and they will schedule a free appointment with my local service?

So I only need FU2 and no other separate update?

Maybe you dont have the software installed (AAuto and Carplay) and any tool that flips switches might not work for you in this case.
